Salary: £90,000 per annum

We’re all about flexibility, community and a healthy work-life balance. Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office working. When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month.

To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).

You will play a key role in sentence of what the main impact is of the role is (e.g delivering, taking ownership of, leading, managing, developing).

You’ll also be responsible for:

Own and define the roadmap for the Charge Point Management product, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs. Collaborate with technical teams to understand the architecture, platform capabilities, and technical constraints, translating them into actionable product features and improvements. Lead the planning of the architectural runway ensuring efficient delivery of high-impact outcomes. Utilise lean portfolio management and Kanban methodologies to prioritize and manage workflows effectively, ensuring smooth flow across the development lifecycle. Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and resolving conflicts. Define and track metrics to measure product performance, value delivery, and flow efficiency. Communicate product vision and technical requirements to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and buy-in. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to continuously evolve the product Electrify us with your skills:

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience as an Architect, Technical Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or similar role, with a strong technical foundation. Hands-on experience with value stream management, lean portfolio management, and Kanban practices. Strong understanding of technical architectures, APIs, cloud platforms, and software development processes. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration across diverse technical and non-technical teams. Analytical mindset with a focus on using data and metrics to inform decisions and measure success. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in the EV charging industry or familiarity with Charge Point Management platforms and protocols (e.g., OCPP, ISO 15118). Knowledge of agile frameworks and prioritization frameworks like F4P. Understanding of IoT systems, renewable energy integration, and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technologies. Certifications in product management, agile methodologies, or technical architecture Perks that spark joy:
