Your role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our Online Content Services product line. In this role, you will run a team responsible for the development and management of our public-facing websites and the CMS platform that supports them. As a TPM, you will provide leadership and prioritization for the development team, drive coordination between cross-functional teams for feature delivery, and manage stakeholder relationships. Your goal is to deliver high-quality, user-friendly content and website functionality, and ensure the CMS platform is effective, scalable, and supports the ongoing needs of our content management teams. This is a key position for anyone with a passion for both technology and user-centric design, with the opportunity to influence a broad range of stakeholders and contribute to the success of our online presence. Your responsibilities: Lead complex initiatives from roadmap to delivery with support & guidance from Group Product Manager Communicate technical and non-technical concepts to your development team, business stakeholders, and C-level executives Create, prioritize and communicate reliable roadmaps and related updates. Recognized as a go-to expert and leader within your product line Translate product roadmap initiatives and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other suitable artifacts Use metrics to determine the success and efficiency of the team against well-defined objectives Regularly assist in the hiring process, and mentoring/coaching of others as needed Identify and coordinate cross-component dependencies throughout the development process Work with Engineering and other departments to actively remove obstacles blocking progress and ensure program is within schedule Take a leadership role in agile ceremonies, and other team meetings with your Agile team(s) Create work estimates, track progress, and report status in the form of burn up/down charts and dashboards Support Marketing, Sales, Provisioning, Professional Services, Technical Documentation, Training, and Technical Support throughout the release process with training, documentation, announcements, and other release activities Serve as primary product expert (functional, not technical) for the components for which you are responsible About you: Strong requirement management skills (discovery, analysis, use case modelling, workflow, documentation, etc.) Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives Flexible and practical problem solver, able to work effectively in a growing organization Experience as a Technical Product Manager or product owner Experience working with content management systems, especially WordPress, preferred Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies What you can expect: At Global Relay, there’s no ceiling to what you can achieve.
