The role The Technical Product Manager will lead the development of complex technical features in three key areas: Asset Performance Analysis Tools, Asset Management Tools, and Data Insight Tools. This role demands a unique combination of technical expertise, product vision, and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned technical features, from conception to delivery Create comprehensive and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features and enhancements Actively participate in and contribute to technical scoping sessions Collaborate closely with project managers to plan, prioritize, and schedule development work Work hand-in-hand with design teams to ensure feature usability and overall product coherence Translate and communicate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Stay at the forefront of AI, machine learning, search technologies, and other relevant modern technologies Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform feature strategy Analyze feature performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement Collaborate effectively with other Product Managers and cross-functional teams Focus on execution and tangible results, prioritizing action over excessive presentations Works closely with the Project Manager for development scheduling and prioritization Collaborates extensively with Engineering Teams, Design Teams, and other Product Managers Interacts with cross-functional stakeholders, including non-technical teams Skills and Experience required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in SaaS or data-driven products Proven ability to understand and write code, with a strong grasp of software development processes Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical features in enterprise-level applications Strong understanding of data analysis, AI, machine learning, and modern search technologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences Exceptional attention to detail combined with strategic thinking capabilities Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technical concepts Strong execution focus with a track record of delivering results Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and innovation Shrewd executor who prioritizes action and results over presentations As an ethical employer, Tag will never ask job applicants to provide private, sensitive information upfront or make offers of employment contingent on financial requests or responsibilities from any candidate.
