Description
J&J is recruiting for a TPO Value Chain Management (Intercompany Product Flows) Deliver, IT Manager, located in Titusville, NJ, EMEA or LATAM.
To support their Pharm TranSCend program, Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a TPO VCM Deliver, IT Manager. The role will be located in Titusville, NJ. This position has the potential to be located at another J&J facility within EMEA or LATAM for the right talent.
As part of the Pharm Transcend Program, the TPO VCM Deliver will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain JJT team, driving design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on proven knowledge and experience in the area of Deliver Order to Cash management and Intercompany sales.
The position leads design, validation and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs. The position governs the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drives template innovation and evolution through the deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
The TPO VCM Deliver role will take responsibility for an end state Product flow automation solution design across the following primary functions:
Order Management
Order Intake
Warehouse Logistics
Tax – Knowledge of VAT and integration with Vertex is preferred
Master Data
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
Domain Expertise
Strong End-to-End understanding of Deliver Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations and how primary functions integrate with one another (Plan, Make, Deliver, Finance, Tax).
Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP DELIVER technical capabilities: Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred.
Understanding the end-to-end business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data.
Leadership Skills & Behaviors
