Technical Product Specialist Knutsford, Cheshire £40k - £80k p/a

WORKING HOURS 9-5 but can be flexible from 730am - 930am start time.

THE ROLE As part of our clients technical support team, you will develop deep expertise in products, enabling you to guide customers on deploying and using their solutions across cloud, on-premise, and CI/CD pipeline environments.

DUTIES INCLUDE: Getting hands-on with customers to help them deploy our products in various environments (cloud, on-premise, CI/CD pipelines). Informing and training clients on the optimal use of products to enhance the customer experience and improve satisfaction. Acquiring a deep understanding of the flexibility and deliverables of our products and services to best cater proposals to meet customer requirements. Working together with software developers to understand product features and to pass on insights into how our customers use them in the real world. Investigating bug reports by attempting to reproduce and diagnose customer issues. Communicating with technical product managers to help prioritise software development work, championing the customer's perspective.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Experience with DevOps Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, along with other DevOps technologies commonly used to facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows. Training and Client Enablement: Experience providing product training and enablement sessions for customers, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment. Networking and Infrastructure Management knowledge such as TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewall configurations. Experience in managing and optimising cloud-based or on-premises infrastructure environments. Systems Performance and Security Management: Ability to manage system performance, monitor server health, and troubleshoot complex networking issues.
