Technical Products Adviser
Our client based in the Shropshire countryside surrounding Much Wenlock is looking for a permanent full-time Technical Product Adviser to join and strengthen their team.
As part of the role, you will be regularly monitoring the technical enquiries email inbox, answering telephone calls, and coordinating product enquiries. You will be working within the technical team to provide product technical advice to customers, specifiers, and distributors on our innovative range of building products including internal and external wall insulation systems, render, and plaster.
In addition, you will be monitoring stock of samples and replenishing when low, making samples when required (including mixing and application of product), supporting and leading product training days on and off-site, and providing correct technical information to all departments and customers quickly and efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience with Plaster/Mortar or similar products. Willingness to be hands-on in the role as it will include mixing of the products. Stock Control Experience. Technical mindset. Comfortable with preparing and delivering training on products to internal and external staff.
Hours 9-5 Monday - Friday ½ Break unpaid
Salary Circa £30,000 per annum Depending on experience
