Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our Science team and focus on managing our science operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing our model training and deployment processes, ensuring alignment with product timelines and overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Program Management: Oversee and manage our pipeline of models and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with product timelines. Organization: Organize continuous testing sessions to evaluate release candidates, gather feedback and improve models and products. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the science and product teams, to ensure alignment of science operations with overall product and business objectives. Track project progress, timelines, and resources. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the science team. Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on program status, risks, and issues, and to manage expectations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in the program lifecycle and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Qualifications & Profile Education:

A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.) is required. Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing technical programs, preferably in a science-related field. Knowledge:

Strong understanding of model training and deployment processes, as well as science operations. Skills:

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Great communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential. Personal Attributes:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Nice to have:

Experience with MLOps and AI model deployment; familiarity with cloud computing platforms.
