TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER Salary: £48,000 - £53,000 per annum Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm Location: Cheltenham, GL51 0EX Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and a £2,000 annual retention bonus, subject to achieving and maintaining security clearance requirements. G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Technical Project Manager on a full-time, permanent basis based in Cheltenham. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with excellent planning, management, and communication skills with a strong awareness of the market environment. The ideal candidate will provide support to the Operational Team, ensuring a smooth execution of projects aligned with our company strategic goals. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Technical Services Manager to develop and manage the annual Forward Maintenance Plan (FMP) and budget, ensuring delivery within budget using internal and subcontractor resources. Support and oversee Lifecycle Works Supervisors, securing funding and ensuring value for money (VFM) with stakeholders and contractors. Create and manage Work Packages, ensuring scopes and specifications meet requirements and works are cost and delivered effectively. Ensure all works minimize energy and environmental impact, following industry best practices. Track and manage FMP activities, budgets, and records, conducting periodic inspections to ensure safe and compliant delivery. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, addressing deviations, and reviewing priorities to align with infrastructure needs. Oversee handover of completed works to operational teams and maintain strong collaboration across departments. The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Relevant certifications (e.g. Project management, engineering or Building services) or equivalent experience. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within scope. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment. Experience in engaging and managing subcontractors. Desirable Experience of secure and critical environments. Experience of operating within a PPP/PFI.
