About the Role We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge digital projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in development, a knack for account management, and a hands-on, "in the trenches" approach to project delivery. You will be the bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, set expectations, and establish clear goals. Oversee multiple digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. Work closely with the development team, using your technical expertise to guide and support their efforts. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates. Troubleshoot project challenges proactively and implement effective solutions. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, while managing resources efficiently. Identify and manage risks, ensuring project objectives are met. Key Skills and Experience: Solid experience in a web development or technical role, with a deep understanding of the development process. Proven success in project management within a digital or technical environment. Exceptional account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Hands-on experience working directly with developers and technical teams.
