The successful candidate will collaborate with Directors and Clients, lead on projects, develop project plans, revise and update project plans, and assign project tasks. Therefore, this role requires candidates to have solid Project Management experience, be able to complete project documentation and financial reports, be confident motivating and influencing others, and have a degree in a relevant field. The role will involve travelling to external sites. Therefore, applicants must have a full, clean UK driving licence. For the role, our client is offering a competitive starting salary of up to c£55,000 per annum D.O.E and a generous benefits package including flexible working hours and holidays, birthdays off with pay, company-paid fund for activities with friends and family, employee welfare package, and more! Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with Directors and Clients to understand project requirements Lead projects and ensure they are completed to a high standard and within budget Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and project teams to follow Revise and update project plans to meet evolving needs and requirements from clients Assign project tasks to team members based on their specialisations and strengths Support team growth and identify their training needs Skills and Experience

Degree in relevant engineering or technical subject e.g. Electrical Engineering, Controls & Instrumentation Experience within automation and control software engineering field highly advantageous Experience completing project documentation and financial reports Ability to create tenders and cost reports Confident with motivating and influencing others Full, clean UK driving licence About Express Recruitment
