As a Technical Project Manager, you will be based within our UK Operations Team, leading site teams to deliver a number of multi-disciplined projects. This includes the overall supervision and performance of the operational project team to ensure that all activities meet the programme, cost, safety, and quality objectives of the project. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong Health and Safety leadership and compliance throughout all activities related to the projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards. Identify risks and implement mitigation measures. Manage the project budget and costs effectively, including reimbursements for contract variations. Understand revenue models, P&L, and cost to completion projections. Set up and continually review project programmes both internally and with the client. Deliver projects in line with business processes to provide customers a consistent delivery experience. Conduct regular reviews of drawings/document control on site to ensure the correct versions are used. Participate in bid activities that support the design team and processes to ensure professional and successful bids are delivered. Take full responsibility for all plant and materials hired by the company and ensure tracking throughout the project. Provide leadership for the Project Delivery Team by clearly defining objectives, responsibilities, and accountabilities, managing performance accordingly. Offer guidance and feedback to maximize team performance. Directly manage sub-contractors to ensure all project elements are delivered on time and according to designs. Develop designs to include site-level coordination and details that may evolve during construction, providing feedback to the Design Team as necessary. Work with the Programme Manager to provide up-to-date status, including programme risks and dependencies. Collaborate with our Operational Team to produce all post-project documentation in line with client requirements. Personal Specification

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in the structured cabling industry. Experience in Project Management controls, including initiation, change management, risk management, and project plans. In-depth knowledge of structured and optical cabling systems, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. Ability to work within demanding time constraints. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. Proven experience with Microsoft applications. Strong technical understanding of structured cabling design and technologies. Articulate, self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of pragmatically solving problems. Knowledge required to manage a safe construction site, SMSTS qualification or equivalent. Valid ECS health & safety card. Industrial premises experience is beneficial. Full driving licence. RCDD/CNIDP Qualification is desirable. Prince2/CTPM Qualification is desirable. Membership of a professional body. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Planning and Organising:

Ability to organise own workload. Ability to prioritise work and deliver to tight deadlines. Able to maintain accurate and timely records as required by the role. Forward-thinking, dedicated, and driven. Working with People:

Able to establish rapport with service users as necessary (e.g., clients, members of the public, other contractors). Understands how to encourage and influence people to get the best from them. Understands the needs of others and responds accordingly. Communication:
