Job Title: Project Manager - Hardware, Software, Firmware, and Cloud Services

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional product development projects involving hardware, software, firmware, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while effectively managing resources and stakeholders across various teams. Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to deployment, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, desktop software, mobile app product, and web teams to integrate hardware and cloud components into a cohesive product. Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met, including managing team workload and resolving conflicts. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects stay on track and within financial limits. Manage task lists and milestones using Teamwork software. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and changes in scope. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that could impact project outcomes. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the quality standards and specifications set by the organization. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes. Analyze project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in project management. Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on hardware, software, firmware, and cloud-based product development projects. Strong understanding of hardware development processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), firmware integration, and cloud computing. Leadership and team management skills. Proficient in project management tools such as Teamwork, Zenhub, GitHub or similar. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Instrumentation or calibration experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Master's Degree PMP or similar project management certification Experience with Stage-Gate, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Experience in a technology-driven industry, such as instrumentation, IoT, consumer electronics, or telecommunications. Experience with managing remote teams. Experience in developing products for use in hazardous locations such as oil and gas. Voice of the Customer (VOC) experience. Work Environment

This is a remote role requiring occasional onsite visits to Newbury Township (just outside of Novelty, OH), with travel expenses covered. The position requires approximately 20 hours a week. Pay and Benefits
