Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of core/backhaul activities across all four Project Gigabit lots. Manage third-party vendors providing lit, dark fibre, and self-built spans. Work closely with access network resources to ensure seamless integration and delivery of core/backhaul elements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project deliverables to ensure timely completion. Provide regular updates to the BDUK Programme Manager and other stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
