Technical QA & Release Manager focuses on we’re looking for a technical qa & release manager to take ownership of quality across our product and release process.

What the role involves

• We’re looking for a Technical QA & Release Manager to take ownership of quality across our product and release process.
• Helping us move from founder-led QA to a more scalable release process.
• Introducing practical QA process without slowing the team down.

Skills and requirements

• Likely have experience as a QA Engineer, Technical QA, Quality Engineer.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress or similar would be a strong plus.

Candidate fit

• You care about quality, but you understand that startups need pace.
• You can push back when something is not ready, but you do it constructively.
• You are comfortable taking ownership and building process where it does not yet exist.

Additional role context

• Bug reproduction, triage and high-quality bug reports.
• Building out lightweight automated test coverage where appropriate.
• Using AI tools to accelerate test case generation, edge-case discovery and QA documentation.
