Duties: Produce manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD to a high standard Assist in the resolution of manufacturing problems Deal with internal & external queries relating to fire certification, quality systems, chain of custody etc. Assist in the development of new and existing products, processes & services Assist with & carry out internal audits on all aspects of the company quality management & chain of custody systems Attend relevant certification / trade conferences Technical & Quality Assistant
Criteria: Good understanding of timber-based products Understanding of fire resistant products - preferably doors / Door sets Good understanding of manufacturing techniques used within the timber industry Good AutoCAD experience is essential Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit & Fusion 360 would be advantageous Familiar with the needs & requirements of quality management systems to ISO 9001:2015 preferably hold an internal auditor qualification Familiar with the needs & requirements of chain of custody systems to current FSC & PEFC standards Excellent attention to detail Good understanding of Microsoft Office. Particularly Word & Excel Good literacy & numeracy skills Technical & Quality Assistant
