Technical Recruiter
to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for you to grow within a dynamic, innovation-driven organisation. In this role you’ll dedicate 60% of your time to proactive sourcing, uncovering and connecting with top-tier talent to build strong, future-ready pipelines. The other 40% will see you driving the candidate journey - conducting screenings, providing guidance, and collaborating with senior Talent team members to keep pipelines thriving and perfectly aligned with our hiring goals. Designing and executing top-tier recruitment strategies to attract the best Engineering and Product talent in the tech industry.
Attracting and hiring exceptional talent for our engineering and product teams, ensuring alignment with both technical requirements and company values. Our engineering tech stack comprises Rust, Python, Kotlin, React, TypeScript, AWS.
Partnering with senior technology leaders, including our
VP of Engineering
(London-based),
Director of Engineering
(Poland-based), and
VP of Product
(US-based), to expand and evolve our Technology teams, both on immediate hiring needs and long-term objectives in Poland and London.
Building trust and nurturing high-quality recruitment pipelines to align with our commitment to quality, ensuring a values-based approach to every hire.
Innovating through the use of cutting-edge Talent Acquisition tool suite, including Ashby, SourceWhale, Metaview; maintaining a high level of data integrity.

volume of outreach and screening conversations.

A deep understanding of sourcing strategies to uncover top talent in technical disciplines. You’ll know where to find the best candidates, from niche forums and open-source projects to cutting-edge industry events and networks.
2-4 years’ recruiting experience, ideally as an in-house Tech Recruiter or Sourcer.
Demonstrated success in sourcing for roles such as Software Engineers, SRE, Staff and Principal Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers etc.
A proven ability and drive to deliver results and an inherent desire to not miss targets.
Experience within a high-growth start-up/scale-up.
