- Maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability, and reliability score.
- Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history.
- Maintain DCT skill assessments and practical evaluation criteria.
- Coordinating onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training.
Skills and requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or team staffing experience (formal or informal — managing a DCT pool counts).
