What the role involves

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across facilities in the APAC region.
• Conduct technical screening interviews — assess hands-on DC skills, not just resume keywords.
• Maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability, and reliability score.
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history.
• Maintain DCT skill assessments and practical evaluation criteria.
• Coordinating onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training.

Skills and requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or team staffing experience (formal or informal — managing a DCT pool counts).
