Develop, a software engineering and technical recruitment specialist who have been disrupting the technology recruitment space for the last 10+ years, are entering a really exciting period of growth! With offices in London and Miami already, the process of opening our 3rd office on the South Coast of the UK in Portsmouth has just begun and we're building something special!

Salary:

£22,000 - £40,000 based on experience, plus uncapped commission - OTE £44,000 - £80,000 in the first year. By the 2nd or 3rd year, you should expect that to be reaching, if not exceeding £100k OTE.

We're looking to build both a 360 software development team and delivery function in our new location and require talented and motivated individuals who want to help build a brilliant new office culture, leveraging the develop infrastructure, that is well known for breeding success.

We are looking to make 9 new hires into the Portsmouth location, 5 of those into a delivery function and 4 into a 360 new business development team focusing on Software Engineers and Technical recruitment with clients across the UK.

We are open to anyone of all levels from Graduates through to Lead Consultants.

We are looking for individuals who have/are: Experience in either a Delivery or 360 recruitment consultant position. For Junior opportunities, we would consider anyone with prior Sales experience.
