Technical Sales Advisor
based in
Eastleigh
, you’ll be responsible for: Being a point of contact for customers via email and telephone providing expert advice and maintaining a high level of service
Producing accurate quotes for customers within agreed time frames - raising purchase orders and processing sales orders
Increasing sales and maximise margins
Dealing with general administration and producing reports
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Keeping up to date with technical product information and latest products to ensure we can offer value to our customers
Serving on the trade counter from time to time and offering product recommendations
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Ideally you will have previous industry experience
A strong background in a customer service focused environment and commitment to Customer Service Excellence
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
A strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
