Post-secondary education, preferably a degree in civil engineering or related field 3+ years’ experience in sales, business development and sales management Experience in the industrial scaffolding sector Experience in the construction industry Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Capacity to read structural drawings is an asset Strong negotiation and influencing skills Demonstrated ability to resolve customers’ issues, mitigate objections and offer solutions Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop and build relationships Self-disciplined and comfortable with a remote working environment Ability to work alone but also contribute to the team What you'll do on a typical day:

Build and maintain long term relationships with current and potential customers by maximizing in-person customer interactions to gain understanding of requirements and needs, and to provide support with current and future projects Monitor market conditions and research competitive environment to increase market share for existing and new projects Utilize the use of sales tools and resources, such as CRM Effectively manage pipeline while continuously generating revenue and coverage to ensure target achievement Monitor job pipeline, oversee bidding activities, ensure compliance with strategy and material availability Ensure Responsibility Matrix is followed and contracts, credit check, contract detail sheet are adhered to Negotiate Terms and Conditions, as well as credit terms, and establish relationships with key resources to be able to quickly solve issues relevant to those fields Monitor project execution: invoicing, charges, scope, communication with departments & closeout Track upcoming projects and communicate with the relevant Regional Sales Managers and KAM/TSC to ensure optimal effectiveness and success What your benefits will be:
