Technical field sales position selling the installation services of fall protection systems such as guardrails, lifelines, safe access, platforms and walkways. 80% of your time selling to large end users such as Unilever, Britvit, Bostik, Amazon, Coca Cola etc. 20% of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, roofing contractors and builders such as Robert McAlpine & Kier. You will be targeted to achieve circa £1.2m turnover. Average order values range from £40k to £50k. 30-35% account management / 65-70% new business development. Will be required to upkeep CRM systems. Minimum Requirements:
Must have end user sales experience in the construction industry. Must have a technical solutions mindset and be able to conduct surveys. Ideally from a fall protection/roofing background, however open on products sold. Ideally site survey and AutoCAD experience. Must be hungry, driven and moldable. Organised, have good time management skills and be self-motivated to perform and reach targets.
