Join our client's team to work on exciting projects, combining technical expertise with customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored technical solutions and detailed proposals for customers. Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for additional services or products. Conduct site visits for surveys, technical discussions, and project reviews to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Present and explain technical solutions to clients, bridging the gap between their needs and our engineering capabilities. Provide input into design concepts, leveraging knowledge of manufacturing processes like milling, turning, and sheet metal fabrication. Manage projects effectively, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Technical Sales Engineer will have: Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background. 3+ years' experience in automated material handling equipment or conveyor systems. Familiarity with 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks) and the ability to produce engineering drawings. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, reliability, and maintenance principles. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver results.
