Working alongside our client, an established manufacturer and global leader in their specialist field, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support continued business growth.

Remit: This position will suit a highly driven and motivated Sales Engineer with aspirations to develop further and progress into a Sales Manager position. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and forward-thinking company enjoying a sustained period of continued business growth. Candidates must have a background in Engineering / Manufacturing / Product Design and will ideally have proven experience in B2B sales. Role: In the role of Technical Sales Engineer you will nurture, support and expand the company's business relationships. As Technical Sales Engineer you will lead and support the other members of the sales, marketing and customer service team. The successful Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for account management of customer order book. Working with a very diverse customer base ranging from F1 motorsport & MotoGP through to OEM prestige car manufacturers and industrial applications. Developing relationships with regular customers to maintain and foster new business. Handling of customer enquiries for new products and RFQs. Estimating materials & labour costing, plus customer quotations as required. Providing advice to customers and assisting with customer engineering problems. Following up with customers to assist in converting enquiries to sales. Updating systems and price lists for new parts. Leading & supporting the sales engineer and customer services. Supporting colleagues as new parts are deployed throughout the organisation. Supporting the marketing dept with trade shows & events. Experience Requirements: Experience within B2B sales. Background in Engineering / Manufacturing / Product Design a big advantage. Highly organized with good management of time and priorities. Solution based thinker. Ability to understand technical drawings. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and face to face. Proficiency with MS Office programs. Full UK Driving Licence. Positive can-do attitude with drive for own personal development and career progression. Key Words:
