Key Responsibilities:
Identifying solutions and generating comprehensive proposals in a timely and accurate manner. Exploring and managing direct sales leads that have been qualified by the Marketing team. Pro-actively following up solutions proposals on a daily basis. Negotiating with the customer to successfully secure orders. Dealing with incoming calls relating to Customer Solutions Team, providing sufficient technical and commercial support. Ensuring on-time delivery targets for products. Working within the predefined processes whilst striving to look for improvements in efficiency and suggest alternatives. Maintaining visibility of open quote and order pipeline.
About You:
An engineering qualification degree, BTec, NVQ or relevant recent experience. An outstanding communicator who builds rapport with stakeholders and customers alike. Technical knowledge coupled with business acumen. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Good Excel skills. Strong work ethic, always focusing on continuous improvement.
