The Technical Sales Executive will deliver profitable sales growth by identifying new opportunities and managing existing customer relationships. The role focuses on providing technical expertise to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of product applications and benefits. Responsibilities of a Technical Sales Executive

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service. Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on product applications and usage. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Track and manage sales activity using the company’s CRM system. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver quotations to customers, negotiating terms where necessary. Key Skills and Attributes for Technical Sales Executive

Proven sales experience, ideally in an industrial sector such as water treatment or HVAC industries. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in handling customer inquiries and managing challenging conversations. Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
