This role will be project focused, to sell the entire range of products which Polypipe Building Services offer into the commercial market. The product ranges include above ground drainage, water supply systems, advantage fabrication systems and all associated building services products/services. Responsibilities: Deliver expected conversion rates on a select number of projects following a cradle to grave approach in collaboration with the wider sales team. Liaise with all key stakeholders on new projects, while documenting progress and activities on all personally assigned opportunities. Effective and forward diary planning. Manage Contractor terms and agreements, including regular reviews on levels and spend to justify terms. Provide first line technical dialogue and information to your selected customer base. Liaise with clients and deal with objections. Handle all incoming enquiries quickly and provide excellent customer service to our customers. Complete all reporting weekly on the CRM system. Identify incremental growth opportunities. Represent and support the business at various social and brand awareness events. Provide site assistance and technical training. Own the delivery and supply of your projects by supporting our operational departments. Qualifications: An excellent knowledge of the M&E marketplace, and a proven track record of working on large scale commercial projects, with the capability to handle technical dialogue at all levels, and experience of presenting to groups. Ability to quickly become a technical specialist in Polypipe Building Services (PBS) products and services. An understanding of the project stages and decision making process in commercial construction. A driving licence is essential for this role as there will be travel involved. About Us:
