Sales Manager

to drive growth in national and regional business solutions, achieving revenue and margin targets in line with company goals.

This full-time position offers a blend of client-facing and administrative responsibilities. A significant portion of your time will be spent visiting clients, assessing their move or project requirements—including business relocations, office moves, and commercial projects—and building relationships.

When not on the road, you'll complete tasks such as preparing quotations, responding to supplier questionnaires, and managing emails, either from the office or remotely when convenient.

Office Location:

Flexible, based in London, the South, or the Southeast—whichever is closest to your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective customers and existing clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions for commercial moves, business relocations, and office projects. Prepare comprehensive quotations or proposals for moves and projects, supporting bids on larger undertakings. Manage and develop assigned accounts, conducting regular reviews and providing requested MI data or cost information. Promote all services within the company portfolio, including office relocation services, warehouse moves, and business storage solutions. Identify new opportunities within accounts, fostering relationships with key decision-makers. Provide a confident, insightful, and empathetic approach, recognizing that relocations can be stressful and ensuring customers feel supported in making crucial decisions.

Essential Duties:

Conduct accurate surveys of contents or project requirements, including office inventories, IT equipment relocation, and furniture moves. Communicate effectively, both internally and externally, with a consultative, professional approach. Understand customer priorities and key buying criteria for corporate and business relocations. Proactively grow revenues for assigned accounts. Represent the company brand positively through all interactions and activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets. Maintain a zero-aged debt portfolio for assigned accounts. Keep the CRM/Navision system updated with all client activity and contact details. Attend scheduled appointments fully prepared, as outlined in your Navision diary. Meet or exceed proactive sales productivity targets.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader, leveraging your sales expertise in the commercial moving and business relocation industry to develop meaningful client relationships and drive business growth.

If you're motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, this could be your next career move.
