Technical Sales Manager

The Role: The Technical Sales Manager will oversee the hire and sale of high-quality steel-framed temporary and permanent buildings, designed, manufactured, and installed by Losberger De Boer's in-house team. This role places the Technical Sales Manager at the forefront of expanding the commercial aspects of the business across education, airports, sports, and other sectors, with further opportunities to develop the agricultural sector and healthcare arenas.

As Technical Sales Manager, you'll be out in the field, actively seeking new business within the commercial sector. You'll engage with warehouse, facilities, contract, and project managers for both hires and sales, participating in site visits, consulting clients on optimal solutions, and managing projects from start to finish.

Losberger De Boer's robust design and engineering team will support the Technical Sales Manager, providing technical guidance and enabling a consultative approach to sales.

Requirements: To be considered for the Technical Sales Manager, you must have:

· Previous field sales experience

· Experience selling within the construction or warehousing sector, ideally with temporary, permanent, modular or building envelope solutions

· A full, clean driving license

· Strong drive for sales and business development

· A commitment to working with integrity and delivering projects on time and to a high standard

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects from start to finish

The Package for the Technical Sales Manager:

· Competitive base salary

· Uncapped commission (40% of base salary, with 15% of UK sales turnover, 10% from group targets, and 15% for achieving specific revenue goals)
