Our client is a leading equipment hire and Engineering Service supplier to the UK for the tunnelling, Construction, and Civil Engineering industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for the company. The candidate will need to be able to manage customer relationships, develop business, generate sales and revenue. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the business by utilising their sales expertise and strong industry knowledge. Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base. Identify, evaluate, and target potential clients and market segments in the industrial tunnelling industry. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and maintaining long-term partnerships. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our industrial tunnelling fans. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for industrial tunnelling fan rentals. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments, identifying potential threats and opportunities. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and timely collection of payments. Technical Sales Manager Position Requirements

Strong knowledge of industrial tunnelling processes and fan systems. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industrial tunnelling, construction, or heavy equipment industry. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
