Orion Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our client, an Austrian-based company within the heating industry, as they look to expand their presence across the UK, particularly in Scotland. This role is based at a new facility in Livingston, which includes an office, warehouse, and training centre. Duties: Develop and maintain relationships with Consultants, Architects, Specifiers, Local Authorities, and Contractors. Actively seek out new System Partners to grow the business. Build a strong understanding of the company's product offerings. Stay informed about competitors' products and market positioning. Update and maintain customer interactions in a CRM system. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues effectively. Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows.

Requirements:

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer relationships. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the heating industry. Willingness to travel across Scotland and occasionally to other locations in Europe for training and meetings. A base at the Livingston facility is required, with access to its office, training centre and warehouse.
