We are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced Technical Sales Representative who can hit the ground running and support our existing Lima Forensic Case Management software team to deliver leading-edge solutions to government agencies and corporate clients. Hybrid. Based from the office in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The Position

During an exciting period of growth at Forensic Access Group, we are looking to hire a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth for LIMA Forensic Case Management Software, targeting and supporting legal, corporate, and public sector clients and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Support:

Sales: Identify, qualify, and secure new clients across target sectors, including legal, corporate, and law enforcement. Preparation of client proposals, responding to customer queries, and following up on opportunities. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver user training sessions (remote and on-site) to maximize clients' use of the software. Conduct client product demonstrations. Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and drive repeat business and collate client feedback for improved user experience. Manage and maintain documentation related to client interactions, training materials, and support processes. Technical Support & Implementation:

Provide first-line technical support to clients by troubleshooting system issues through the support portal, Microsoft Teams calls, or onsite assistance, escalating issues when necessary. Assist with software installations and implementations for new and existing clients, remotely via Teams or in-person site visits. Ensure timely responses to client queries and support tickets. Work in partnership with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Work closely with the Product Owner, Software Development, and IT teams to support product development. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Support Tenders/Bid writing as required. What We’re Looking For

Technical Support or Technical Sales Expertise: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience ideally in the software or technology space. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with case management software is a strong advantage. Consultative Selling: Ability to understand complex client requirements and deliver value-driven solutions. Technical ability and problem-solving skills: Ability to learn software and troubleshoot quickly. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to multitask. Self-Motivation: Highly organized and able to manage time effectively, whether working remotely or onsite. Experience in the forensic or law enforcement sector would be desirable. Company Benefits:
