Job Summary: Due to recent expansion, Omega Sinto is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with foundry experience to transition into a rewarding sales position, promoting world-leading foundry equipment. The Technical Sales Representative will identify new business opportunities and maintain and develop existing accounts. You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of products and services offered by Omega Sinto Foundry Machinery Ltd and its group companies, driving sales growth within your defined region. Additionally, you will identify and develop new prospects and agents within your assigned region. The successful candidate will be ambitious, self-motivated, and professional. You will be required to travel to meet potential customers (a Full UK driving licence is essential) and work semi-antisocial hours when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales growth and meet targets. Develop new business and maintain existing accounts. Manage direct sales within the assigned regions. Conduct presentations and seminars. Ensure accurate project information and maintain CRM records. Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams. Contribute to sales and marketing strategies within your defined markets. Ensure that quotations and drawings meet customer requirements. Provide accurate project information to the commercial team for sales enquiries/quotes. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Participate in the ongoing training and development of new products. Uphold the high standards of work ethics synonymous with Omega Sinto. Requirements: Background in foundry technology, with experience in the chemically bonded (no-bake) sector is essential. Proven sales experience is advantageous but not essential; training and support will be provided. Able to listen and understand the customer’s requirements in order to provide them the most suitable solution for their needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as you develop. Legal right to live and work in the UK. Full UK driving licence. Competitive salary and commission structure. Company vehicle provided. Flexible working after 6 months. 33 days annual leave per annum, including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
