Our client are vastly proud of their on-site installation and technical support team and due to a phenomenal year, are looking to add to this by recruiting an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join their Malvern site. This is a full time, permanent position that can offer a salary up to £50,000 plus excellent company benefits and great career progression opportunities. We are looking for a candidate to promote, demonstrate and sell our clients TSI range of particle counters for aseptic manufacturing and monitoring system software. To develop and maintain customer relationships. This is very much an “on the road” home based role visiting customers and sites. Technical Sales Specialist main duties:

Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet business targets and customer contact goals. Implement and develop marketing strategies aligned with market and business needs. Meet customers to assess requirements and ensure compliance with standards like ISO. Demonstrate products and solutions, including critical monitoring software, AeroTrak, and BioTrak particle counters. Collaborate with Integration & Installation teams for seamless handovers and project delivery. Support customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction with products and services. Identify and establish new business opportunities, leveraging internal and external sales leads. Work with Commercial and Technical teams to explore potential new products and opportunities. Prepare and issue proposals for monitoring systems using CRM tools (e.g., Simpro). Maintain CRM systems for sales opportunities and pipeline forecasting. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, trade partners, and the manufacturer (TSI). Attend training and events, including trade shows, conferences, and TSI courses, to enhance product knowledge and market presence. Technical Sales Specialist desired skills and experience:

Cleanroom, Pharmaceutical or semi-conductor industry experience. Experience of selling systems which include software and hardware components. Previous knowledge and experience working with TSI products. Working knowledge of clean spaces, cleanroom design and cleanroom operation. Participation in industry associations such as ISPE, PDA, PHSS. Degree or HND in engineering or a related discipline. Driving licence Territory: UK, ROI & overseas client sites (as required). Formal sales training in complex selling environments (e.g. Miller Heiman Strategic and Conceptual Selling, Challenger or similar) would be an advantage.
