Are you a technically astute professional with a passion for solution-driven sales? Join a leading provider of bespoke EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and shielding systems as they expand their team. This is a dynamic role where you’ll manage complex projects across the UK and internationally, helping clients in sectors like defense, automotive, and research meet their unique requirements.

Role Overview Location:

Nottinghamshire (office-based with hybrid flexibility). Markets:

UK, Europe, UAE, and the Middle East. Key Products:

Anechoic test chambers, Faraday cages, magnetic field shielding, and secure acoustic rooms. Client Sectors:

Defence, education, research, medical, and automotive industries.

What You’ll Do

Drive solution-led sales, working closely with clients to deliver bespoke proposals. Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships in technical markets. Manage tenders and quotes, ensuring attention to detail throughout long sales cycles. Conduct site visits (domestic and international) and represent the business at a technical level. Collaborate with a supportive, close-knit team to achieve success.

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

Strong EMC knowledge and technical expertise. Preferred:

Experience in solution sales, or a strong technical background in EMC with experience in sectors like defence, automotive, or education. Innovative, adaptable, and capable of managing complex projects. UK citizenship and eligibility for SCE clearance (no dual nationality).

The Offer

Salary:

£45,000–£50,000 (negotiable, based on experience). Benefits:
