About the Team: Our SEO team is the driving force behind our online visibility and search engine rankings. With a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends, our team ensures that CurrentBody remains at the forefront of the e-commerce landscape. About the Role: The Technical SEO Specialist will conduct routine website audits across our 30+ websites to highlight any technical issues whilst also monitoring site speed performance and mobile responsiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continued efficient indexing of our website content by search engines. You will conduct thorough technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement in site architecture, indexing and crawlability. You will identify and resolve technical issues that could impact organic search performance, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, broken links and redirect chains. You will work closely with developers to ensure SEO considerations are embedded in the development lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment. Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations. Candidate Requirements: Experience within a similar SEO specialist role working with Shopify platform. Experience in highlighting and improving Core Web Vitals metrics. Conducting thorough technical SEO audits for Shopify websites, pinpointing and resolving issues affecting search engine performance. Fine-tuning and optimising Shopify store structures, meta tags, schema markup, and other on-page elements to bolster SEO efficacy. Proficient in SEO tools including GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Content King, SEO Monitor, GT Metrix, Looker Studio and more… Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
