Your role We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer Expert to join one of our 3rd line infrastructure engineering teams. Your role will involve working within a very dynamic operations team who support Linux, storage, virtualisation and backup environments. The role requires a self-motivated person, with strong inter-personal skills, who can communicate effectively with people at all levels. This team is working with a long-standing client who is embarking on a major technical refresh. Your experience Proven record of leading Major Incident/Problem/Change Management Proven ability as an SME in a range of systems Experience of working within medium/large sized project transitions Experience in managing relationships with key internal and external technical stakeholders Backup & Storage technologies VMware Batch Scheduling You must be eligible to gain Security Clearance for this position.
