Mon-Fri, 40 Hours per week (flexible timings) Further to the award of a fixed minimum 5+ years offshore contract for multiple aircraft with a major energy company, Bond Helicopters is recruiting a Technical Services Controller to join our operation in Norwich. The Technical Services Controller will identify and oversee any engineering input at their nominated Base for both Line and Base Maintenance inputs as identified in their duties and responsibilities, to achieve on-time delivery of aircraft to the Operations Department as required. This will require coordination, liaison, and support between the Engineering Department, Operations Department, CAMO, and Logistics to ensure that the highest levels of airworthiness and economical use of resources are achieved. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a background in Technical Services, CAMO or Maintenance Planning within a live aircraft environment. Possessing an excellent understanding and application of Part 145/Part M (CAMO) regulations is essential. You will be a strong communicator, who works well with multiple teams and has the ability to harmonise efforts and amplify team capabilities. Responsibilities: Develop processes and templates to illustrate current and future maintenance inputs; The Maintenance Plan Provide visibility and access to log cards of components both fitted and in stock Planning of maintenance inputs both short and long term to ensure efficient staggering between aircraft Production planning of all maintenance inputs to ensure the aircraft, the parts and manpower are available Pre provisioning of all parts required to accomplish scheduled maintenance checks in a timely manner Daily review of completed Tech Log pages, Work Orders and other aircraft paperwork for correctness and accuracy before updating the Maintenance Plan, scanning the documents, and forwarding to CAMO Daily review of all parts ordered to ensure that the various PBH rules have been observed and that there will be no hold-ups through the Supply Chain Identification of all removed rotable parts ensuring that they are either repaired or overhauled if possible Determining the most economic Min/Max spares levels based on usage and future planning Production of wash-up report after Base Maintenance input for discussion and resolution of problems and delays encountered during the check Co-ordination of any Mandatory Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives applicable to Bond Aircraft for discussion about implementation with the Engineering Manager & CAMO Skills, Qualifications and Experience required: Essential Experience of operating in a live aircraft environment within a Tech Services, Tech Admin or CAMO role Experience of Continuing Airworthiness (Part-CAMO) and Aircraft Maintenance (Part-145) regulations and implementation Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments Ability to communicate at all levels in the company structure Working knowledge of MS Office packages Advantageous Competent in the use of MRO and CAMO software including Corridor In addition to a Competitive Salary, we will offer you: Competitive Group Pension Scheme Comprehensive Life Assurance * Comprehensive Income Protection * Comprehensive Travel Insurance * Comprehensive Private Healthcare (after successful passing of probation) * Investment in Training, Qualifications and Professional Development * (Subject to insurance underwriting) Due to the volume of applications received, only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.
