The Opportunity/Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Engineer to be based at our site in Bedford. Reporting to the Technical Advice Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for internal and external stakeholders for our Alutec range of products. Key Responsibilities will include: Complete Rainwater drainage calculations in accordance with BSEN12056 3:2000 Provide Technical phone and email advice as required Create bespoke product design drawing within AutoDesk Inventor Create bespoke facia drawings within Panel Builder software Support with site visits as required in conjunction with and without commercial colleague support Help support product investigation process, ensure all cases reach a comprehensive conclusion Salary:

£35-37k per annum Requirements: Proficient with AutoDesk Inventor Experience using Panel Builder CAD CAM software Work within a Microsoft 365 environment, including Excel, Word, Teams, Dynamics and Outlook Ideally working within or experience of the Aluminium rainwater sector Be an excellent communicator by phone and in writing. Have a good understanding of the construction industry and its terminology. Possess a knowledge and can work in accordance with relevant British Standards, Building Regulations and Code of Practice.
