As a valued Technical Services Engineer, you will collaborate directly with the Technical Manager within a close-knit team of technical experts. Your role will be pivotal in our technical operations, encompassing the critical tasks of reviewing and maintaining on-wing aircraft component performance while implementing cost-effective control techniques. The overarching objective is to enhance business profitability through your analytical prowess, technical expertise, and industry knowledge. What you will be doing Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and customers to enhance business line profitability. Expertly identify and communicate technical considerations during commercial and customer discussions and negotiations. Ensure rigorous enforcement of regulations, fostering awareness across all sections of the business. Vigilantly monitor the on-wing performance of aircraft components. Offer support for internal technical inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Identify opportunities for optimizing direct maintenance cost per flight hour performance, including evaluating and proposing investments in reliability improvements. Conduct in-depth analysis of removal data and generate reliability reports for customers. Represent the company in Engineering Meetings with a focus on effective communication and collaboration.
