Are you a dynamic professional ready to take on a leadership role in facilities maintenance and operations? We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our client's team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our facility maintenance and utility plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform supervisory functions common to a facility maintenance and utility plant operations organization. Review and evaluate performance, ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Take proactive corrective action to resolve any operational challenges. Understand and adhere to the building operations rules set by the Owner for the designated building(s). Collaborate with the Facility Manager to optimize staff utilization and efficiency. Assign tasks for Work Tickets and Preventative Maintenance Work Orders to the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Team. Address and solve operational problems within procedural limitations. Ensure staff complete Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks and work orders on schedule each month. Maintain an up-to-date and well-organized Operations & Maintenance Documents Library, including Drawings, O&M manuals, and Site Operators Manuals. Review, edit, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) as required for site operations.

The ideal Technical Services Manager will have: A proven track record in facility maintenance and utility plant operations. Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills. The ability to solve problems efficiently within procedural guidelines. Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain operational excellence. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and projects.
