23 December 2024 Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to assist in the delivery of a Total FM focused contract with proven ability in delivering FM services within a challenging environment while managing and supporting a team. You will be joining our Total FM team covering 6 Schools based in Exeter. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health, and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best. This is a fixed term role for 1 year. The working hours are 37.5hrs per week between 8am and 5pm on a rotation basis and will participate in a call escalation rota for out of hours service. Key Responsibilities: Management of all Hard Services delivered either in-house or by Providers Manage and develop Life Cycle planning, implementation and monitoring in consultation with stakeholders and the SPV. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements. Ensure that procured products and services are of specified quality, are safe, compliant, and from sustainable and traceable sources Manage project specific risks including the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and review of risk management plans. Manage, monitor, review, and improve technical services provided under the contract, either directly or through contractors. Build professional relationships with key external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, whilst also meeting the organisation’s strategic and financial aims. Assist the Contract Manager in the recruitment, induction, development, and management of operational staff, in line with company and statutory procedures, including safeguarding children requirements Key Requirements: Significant experience within Hard FM and Technical qualification in FM or building maintenance services Implementation of Statutory Compliance PPM tasks. Trained in and working knowledge of construction / FM H&S Working knowledge of SFG20, SSoW CAFM and BMS systems IOSH Managing Safely qualification RP or AP Certification Our Offer
