Up to 65,000 + Competitive Package Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day technical matters across the contract, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain statutory and code compliance across sites. Collaborate closely with the technical team to uphold service standards at a consistently high level. Lead regular and ongoing projects with the onsite team. Establish effective lines of communication with clients, attending monthly meetings as needed. Manage conflicting priorities adeptly, aligning with business needs. Foster positive relationships both internally and externally through effective communication. Facilitate regular M&E maintenance throughout the development. Coordinate with and oversee subcontractors for major systems and equipment. Generate comprehensive monthly PPM reports for each site. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of service records. Investigate and report on significant operational incidents. Maintain up-to-date paperwork for all contracts in preparation for audits. Hours:
