Technical Services Manager
required for leading fitout contractor for project in Fenchurch Street. The Technical Services Manager will ideally have a relevant construction degree with project experience working on CAT A and CAT B fit out projects. This role is responsible for managing the construction delivery of MEP services on fit out projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety, and quality requirements. The manager will deliver high-quality, time-efficient, and profitable delivery, being accountable for compliance, governance, and assurance. Additionally, the role involves building and retaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support delivery success.
Technical Services Manager duties include: Managing all elements of the project from design to delivery into service. Ensuring all aspects detailed in the precontract, contract governance, mobilisation, construction, delivery, and handover sections are fully adhered to. Managing the relevant subcontractor to ensure full compliance with these requirements. Reviewing and commenting on all design information to ensure it is buildable and commissionable. Ensuring robust method statements and risk assessments are in place and approved prior to the commencement of any works. Leading on all aspects of quality associated with your package responsibility. Ensuring each handover date or area completion is achieved snag-free. Ensuring works are completed on time, as well as any other associated duties.
