The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in food manufacturing, with a proven track record of managing teams, implementing quality assurance processes, and driving technical improvements across the business.
The Role
As Technical Services Manager, you will:
Manage and lead a technical team, ensuring effective collaboration and support across all departments.
Develop and implement quality assurance systems, standards, and protocols to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in the production process, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Oversee the training and development of staff to enhance their technical knowledge and capabilities.
Monitor and report on technical performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure technical requirements are met and to resolve any technical concerns.
The Candidate:
Have experience dealing with specifications.
Have worked with customer portals previously.
Have some experience dealing with the Big 4 retailers.
Have some management experience.
