The Technical Service Manager will lead a team of field engineers and service coordinators to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), repairs, and urgent works for clients. Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Oversee and support field engineers and service coordinators, managing team performance and employee administration. Service Planning:
Ensure the effective planning and scheduling of service calls and maintenance visits. Client Response:
Guarantee timely responses to client service requests and resolve escalations professionally. Quality Assurance:
Monitor service quality and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Technical Support:
Provide hands-on technical expertise as required and attend site visits to perform audits. Service Optimisation:
Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency and profitability. Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. General Responsibilities

Essential Criteria for the Ideal Candidate
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. Proven experience in managing and leading a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. A degree or equivalent experience in an industry-relevant subject.
