About the Role

My client is seeking a dynamic Technical Solutions Engineer to join their growing team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless collaboration and technical integration between customers, R&D teams, software partners, and other technical stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary technical liaison between customers, R&D teams, software partners, and other technical collaborators. The focus of this role is to ensure the smooth integration of firmware, software platforms, and applications for high-quality, reliable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the key technical contact between customers, R&D teams, software partners, and other technical stakeholders.

Ensure technical alignment and effective communication across all parties.

Firmware and Software Testing:

Perform testing and troubleshooting of firmware to ensure functionality, quality, and compliance.

Oversee integration testing for software platforms and mobile applications related to the solutions.

Identify and resolve issues in firmware, software, and app integration to meet customer and project requirements.

Project Support:

Provide technical insights and support during pre-sales to ensure feasibility and accurate requirement gathering.

Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of technical projects.

Technical Problem-Solving:

Analyse and address technical challenges in firmware and software integrations.

Work closely with R&D teams to provide timely technical resolutions for customer and partner queries.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, embedded systems, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 1 year of professional experience in a technical or engineering role.

Skills and Attributes:

Hands-on experience with firmware testing, software integration, and app functionality.

Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently in electronics or software fields.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication skills to coordinate between diverse technical teams and customers.

Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage to facilitate communication with R&D teams.

Familiarity with IoT applications and software development concepts is a plus.
