Applicants must reside within commutable distance of Aberdeen and must hold full UK RTW status as our client is unable to offer sponsorship. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the technical condition, compliance, and OPEX budgets for nominated vessels. Responsible for the assigned vessel's statutory and class certificates ensuring they are not overdue. Conduct dry dockings, projects, and other technical activities for nominated vessels. Support COO in creating and submitting Hull & Machinery claims. Follow up the planned maintenance system compliance for nominated vessels ensuring no jobs are overdue, and critical spare part stock is maintained. Follow up onboard stock keeping for nominated vessels. Participate in the Emergency Organization as described in the SMS. Adhere to and provide feedback on the company’s policies, objectives, plans, and procedures. Adhere to requirements, both internal and external, of which the company’s performance is of relevance. REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of study at college/university. Minimum 10 years of total working experience. Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Relevant experience from shipping, oil & gas, or HSEQ department is preferable. Background as engineer or ETO is preferable.
