Position: Technical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Leeds area
Salary: Up to 46,000 and Car Allowance/Van + Overtime + Company Benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
About the Role:
One of the UK's leading Facilities Management companies is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join their maintenance team on site in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop and further their career in varying fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a Maintenance Team ensuring work is completed on time, in line with company SLA's.
Identifying remedial works following completion of PPM activities.
Monitoring Health & Safety ensuring compliance and completing audits on sites.
Liaising with clients and supporting the Technical Manager.
Requirements:
Fully Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical field.
Proven track record in a Supervisory role.
Full UK driving license.
Excellent communication skills as it is a client-facing role.
