What you'll bring to the team

Join our multi-skilled team as a Technical Supervisor and you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of equipment, the ride, and the facility as well as monitoring the performance of Technical Engineers, Improvers & Apprentices to ensure company standards and expected levels of workmanship and performance are achieved. You will be expected to understand the requirements of our business and be able to work under pressure in a heavily guest focused environment. You must ensure full compliance with all safe systems of work and risk assessments and ensure through effective and proactive maintenance programs that all systems operate efficiently, effectively, and safely. Working closely with senior technical managers you'll help to drive the key performance indicators and effectively manage the resource available to manage and control the work order and ppm maintenance system. This may also include covering for the Technical Manager when needed, providing clear direction to the team and on occasion support other attractions within the London Cluster. You will additionally take on the role of Duty Engineer whilst the building is in operation, and your role will include carrying out planned preventative maintenance checks, performing tasks as per work orders including installation and repair works. This role is Full Time, Permanent, averaging 42 hours per week (including breaks) and will include weekends, bank holidays and night shifts as part of a rota. Qualifications & Experience

In-depth experience of Health and Safety, environmental and statutory legislation With a strong eye for detail you will ensure that all actions arising from inspection reports are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner A first class communicator to be an ambassador for the Cluster attractions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to be flexible/adaptable as per the business operational requirements Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite inclusive of Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint This is a highly challenging role, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable person with a passion for guest interaction to join our energetic and vibrant team.
