Technical Support Administrator Our client is a leading specialist equipment supplier. They partner with top manufacturers in Europe and America. The role is based in Devon. Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) Working hours:

Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.00 pm Holidays:

34 days including Bank holidays The client also offers a cycle to work scheme and Standard pension. Responsibilities:

Act as first response to customer technical calls (and emails); pass onto engineers or Engineering manager (when applicable); in a timely manner to maintain best customer service and provide technical resolution. Follow up all technical queries with customers within a week of resolution asking if the customer is satisfied and happy with the outcome, requesting any help required to the Engineering Manager. Process the repair of equipment using the company ERP/CRM system; manage and arrange the repair or replacement to be sent to the customer; arrange for the return of parts to supplier as applicable. Maintain and update all technical information systems including manuals, spares lists, and highlight any problem and improvement areas to the Engineering Manager. Compile specification documents and instruction manuals in accordance with Company standards. Source and purchase spare parts for the department as requested in liaison with the Purchasing Manager. Amend Bills of Materials, as required. Promote servicing and maintenance agreements for equipment to existing customers. Support Sales Director, Project Engineer and Engineering Manager with the preparation of layout drawings including service requirements to accompany quotations and post sales order, as required. Support the smooth running of the department in the absence of the Engineering Manager escalating issues to Directors if necessary. You are required to carry out any other reasonable duties, as the business dictates, as and when required. Qualifications:
